about Chris Moore

I am a Tokyo based English and Japanese speaking bilingual Director, Cameraman and Photographer, and Fixer. As well as knowing Tokyo and the surrounding area well, I lived in the Hiroshima region for a number of years so have a particular expertise, knowledge and connections in the area. An English native speaker with fluent Japanese I am available not just as a Director or Cameraman but also as a Fixer for your Japan project.

As part of Storytelling Co. Ltd, we have Japanese and English native speaking camera and production staff of 7 with expertise in a wide range of both photo and video production work, from event promotion videos, long-form promotional videos, social-media teasers, photography to television commercials.

From our offices in Gotanda, central Tokyo, we bring passion, a well-honed sense of story and a creative twist to corporate and documentary visuals throughout Japan.

“Would like to thank you again for creating the video. I forwarded the link to our global CMO and overnight he had distributed to the Global Company Board and to the whole Marketing team worldwide. I received many compliments from our colleagues across the globe, so thank you.

We hope we can keep creating creative/funky videos.”

Born and raised in New Zealand, I have been living in Japan for about 20 years. I graduated with a Masters from Hiroshima University (thesis written in Japanese).
Japanese citizenship. English native speaker.
